BODY ALIGNMENT & DIGESTION

For a body ready to reorganize

Digestive issues, chronic pain, fascia, and structural patterns held for too long.

The jaw influences the pelvis. The fascia influences movement. The lymphatic system influences inflammation. Nothing in the body exists in isolation, and digestion is often where years of unspoken tension finally show up - as bloating, sluggishness, or a belly that's braced without you noticing.

This pathway works directly with the abdomen, fascia, and lymphatic system to support the body's natural ability to move, digest, and release.

Manual Therapy

Abdominal Therapy — 60 min · $155
Focused, hands-on work through the abdomen to support digestion, fascia, and the connection between the belly and pelvic space. This session works directly with tension patterns, stagnation, and holding in the core of the body.

Often supportive for:

  • Digestive concerns — bloating, sluggish digestion

  • Pelvic tension or discomfort

  • Disconnection from the belly or core

  • Post-stress or emotional holding in the abdomen

Manual Lymphatic Drainage — 60 min · $130
A gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body, helping reduce swelling, support the body's natural clearing processes, and encourage overall immune function.

Often supportive for:

  • Water retention or swelling

  • Post-illness or inflammation

  • Sluggish lymphatic flow

  • General detox and immune support

What to Expect You'll be fully clothed for abdominal work unless otherwise discussed. Sessions are slow and responsive — I work with what your tissue is showing me, not a fixed protocol. Many people feel lighter, less bloated, and more grounded afterward; some notice a shift in digestion over the following days.

Digestive Recalibration - 90 minutes · $225

A deeply integrative bodywork session designed for those experiencing digestive tension, abdominal holding, bloating, or a sense that their digestive system is simply not moving with ease.

Digestive Recalibration works with the body from multiple directions—beginning through the back and spinal musculature, moving into the abdominal fascia and visceral structures, and finishing with gentle cranial work.

Your session begins with an assessment of posture, muscular tension, and areas of restriction. From there, focused bodywork is used through the muscles surrounding the spine before moving into deeper fascial and visceral work through the abdomen.

This is intentional, therapeutic bodywork and some areas may feel deep or tender. Your body's response guides the pace and depth of the work—we never force a release.

The session concludes with cranial work and quiet integration, giving your body and nervous system time to settle after the deeper work.

This session may be supportive for those experiencing:

  • digestive tension or discomfort

  • abdominal holding and restriction

  • bloating

  • stress-related digestive patterns

  • tension through the diaphragm and abdomen

  • a sense of being physically “stuck” or unable to fully relax

Each session is individualized according to what your body is communicating that day.

Digestive Recalibration is a complementary bodywork service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Persistent or concerning digestive symptoms should be assessed by an appropriate healthcare professional.

FAQs

Is this deep tissue work? Will it be painful?

This is not deep tissue massage. The pressure is attuned to what your body can integrate - firm enough to create change. Sometimes this means it’s uncomfortable but the work is slow & intentional

How many sessions will I need?

Some people feel noticeable relief after one session. For longer-standing digestive tension or fascial restriction, a short series tends to support deeper, more lasting change. We can talk through a rhythm that fits your body.

Can this help with bloating that isn't related to a diagnosed condition?

Yes - much of the bloating and digestive tension people carry has no single diagnosis behind it. It's often the body holding stress in the gut. This work supports the nervous system and the tissue at the same time.
