Womb Continuum Care
A JOURNEY OF RECONNECTION, ALIGNMENT & EMBODIED HEALING
Womb Continuum Care
A return to the intelligence, rhythm, and truth of your body
From menarche through menopause, Womb Continuum Care honors the full arc of a woman’s life.
This is not symptom-focused care.
This is relationship-based care.
We listen to the body as a living archive-one that holds not only physical patterns, but emotional experience, hormonal rhythms, and the imprints of what has been lived, suppressed, or carried.
Through slow, intentional touch and deep presence, we begin to unwind what has been held, restore communication within the body, and create space for a more regulated, connected, and embodied way of being.
What is Womb Continuum Care?
Womb Continuum Care is a pelvic-centered, somatic bodywork practice that supports the health of the female body across all life stages.
It weaves together:
Fascial work influenced by the lineage of Ida Rolf
Traditional Mexican womb and abdominal massage (sobadas)
Scar tissue remediation and integration
Craniosacral-informed listening
Nervous system regulation
Whole-woman pelvic mapping and embodiment practices
This work recognizes the womb - not only as an organ - but as a center of rhythm, sensation, and deep intelligence within the body.
We work with:
The fascia (the connective tissue that holds memory and pattern)
The breath and diaphragm
The pelvic bowl (including uterus, bladder, cervix, and surrounding structures)
The relationship between heart, womb, and nervous system
Rather than “fixing,” we restore communication.
How I Approach Women’s Physiology & Anatomy
Your body is not a problem to solve.
It is an intelligent, adaptive system that has responded exactly as it needed to.
My work is rooted in a deep respect for:
The cyclical nature of female physiology
The sensitivity and responsiveness of the nervous system
The interconnectedness of pelvic, emotional, and hormonal health
We approach the body through:
Curiosity instead of force
Listening instead of overriding
Collaboration instead of correction
I do not separate physical symptoms from emotional or energetic experience.
Tension in the pelvis may be structural, but it can also be tied to:
Birth experiences
Sexual history
Chronic stress or survival patterns
Hormonal shifts
Unprocessed emotion or grief
We work at the pace your body can safely integrate.

Is ready to commit to her health, body, and womb
Wants to live in alignment with her physiology, not override it
Is willing to meet what may be held in her tissues - with support
Desires a deeper connection to her body, her womb, and her truth
Feels the call toward a slower, more embodied way of healing
The Intention
Womb Continuum Care is not a quick fix.
It is a relationship - one that unfolds over time.
Together, we create the conditions for:
Increased awareness and body literacy
Greater ease and softness in the tissues
Restored connection between mind, body, and womb
A deeper sense of safety within yourself
This is the work of remembering.
Of returning.
Of living inside your body - not just managing it.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is a session and how many should I book?
Common session lengths range from 90–120 minutes. The number of sessions recommended varies depending on your unique needs and goals—typically practitioners suggest multiple visits to support unfolding changes in the body.
Is this a massage or medical treatment?
Womb Continuum Care is therapeutic bodywork, not a medical procedure or traditional massage. It’s intentional manual care that works with soft tissues, fascial layers, and organs to support physiological and functional changes. It is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment, but can complement healthcare.
How should I prepare for a session?
Preparation varies by practitioner but may include:
• Drinking water before your appointment
• Wearing comfortable clothing
• Arriving with questions or areas you want addressed
• Communicating your boundaries and comfort preferences clearly
Specific recommendations can be provided when booking.
Can I receive this care if I’m trying to conceive?
Care can be supportive during preconception, particularly to address tension, alignment, and circulation in the pelvis. Practitioners often integrate considerations for fertility goals into the work.
Is this care appropriate after miscarriage, abortion, or surgery?
Yes. Sessions can support healing after pregnancy loss, elective abortion, miscarriage, and surgical procedures (e.g., C-section, hysterectomy) by addressing scar tissue, restrictions, and emotional somatic patterns with sensitivity and consent.
What are common outcomes people experience?
Many clients report improved comfort, reduced tension, enhanced awareness of their body, and greater sense of support and embodiment. Because this work engages deeply held tissues and patterns, experiences can be physical, emotional, and energetic.
