A session shaped around what your body needs, not a fixed treatment name.
For the ones who don’t need to know which modality is right - they just need someone who does.
Our Approach
Not every body arrives with a clear starting point. Some people land here because nothing on the rest of this site felt like quite the right fit, and some are returning clients whose care doesn't sit neatly inside one pathway anymore. Both are exactly who this session is for.
A Custom Session is not a lesser version of the other offerings on this site - it's the most direct expression of how I actually work. I listen first, and I let what your body is holding determine the technique, not the other way around. In a single session, that might mean beginning with somatic therapy to help your nervous system settle, moving into manual bodywork where tension is being held structurally, and closing with craniosacral work (including subtle work with the cranial sutures) if that's where your system is asking to go.
What a session might include
Somatic therapy and nervous system regulation
Manual bodywork and fascial release
Craniosacral therapy, including cranial suture work
Energy work, when it's supportive to what's already unfolding
Any combination of the above, woven together in real time
Nothing here is decided in advance. What we work with in the first ten minutes often shapes the rest of the hour.
Who this is for
You're not sure which pathway or service fits, and you'd rather have that decided with you than by you
You're a returning client whose care has always been a blend, and a single-modality booking doesn't reflect how we actually work together
You've been referred in and told simply to "book a session with Alysia"

What to Expect
We'll start with a detailed conversation about where you're at, then move onto the table. From there, the session follows your body; not a checklist. You'll always know what's happening and why, and nothing is done without your consent. Many people leave a Custom Session having experienced two or three different kinds of touch and technique without ever feeling like the session was disjointed; it tends to feel like one continuous conversation with your body, just spoken in a few different languages.
