Craniosacral Therapy

A gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms to release restrictions, unwind holding patterns, and restore balance from the inside out.

Rooted in anatomical precision and guided by intuitive insight, this work blends subtle manual techniques with energetic awareness—allowing your body to shift in safety, without force.

Rather than chasing symptoms, Craniosacral Therapy addresses the underlying causes of imbalance, supporting the body’s innate capacity to heal. It can be deeply beneficial for acute and chronic pain, inflammation, digestive challenges, concussion and brain injuries, TMJ issues, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, depression, and more.

In each session, I listen to your body—tuning in to the craniosacral system as well as other key areas throughout your body that may be holding tension or trauma. Together, with the body we create the conditions for lasting relief, greater resilience, and a deeper sense of connection with yourself.

What to Expect

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a very subtle, hands-on modality using light touch to listen to and support the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and release restrictions in the craniosacral system. You’ll lie fully clothed, and I’ll hold space for your body’s innate intelligence to guide the shifts.

The Experience

As restrictions unwind, you may feel waves of deep relaxation, slow pulses, shifts in nervous system tone, emotional release, or physical rebalancing. Many report emerging from the session more grounded, softened, and clearer than when they entered.

Who It’s For

CST is for you if you long for deep, gentle, structural reset and nervous system reorganization. It serves those with chronic tension, headaches, trauma symptoms, emotional overwhelm, or those wanting to support deeper physical-emotional integration. Because it works at a subtle level, it’s well suited for those open to non-aggressive, body-first healing.
