Guided session in connection with the soma (your body!). Working with an intention, emotion or direction in mind, we explore what’s alive and present in the body. This is not a forced experience but rather, a gentle unraveling where we allow the body to lead us. Can include hands on bodywork, breathwork, movement and/or guided meditation

Trauma Imprint Repair | 50 mins | $175
A gentle but specific somatic session with the body. Trauma, our own and our ancestors, can be stuck in our tissues, muscles, bodies and sometimes what has been protecting us is no longer serving us or is actually starting to cause us pain (emotional, mental, physical) or discomfort. This session is entirely on the healing table, as we work together with the body to repair holding patterns in the body.

Gentle hands on bodywork. This work is deeply intuitive and your body leads the session, showing where root causes to symptoms are laying in the body. Using gentle touch and energy work, we witness these spaces and allow them to unwind & release.

The womb is the pulse of life - a living continuum of wisdom, guidance & remembrance. When we come back into alignment in this space, often the whole body shifts.
Female Bodywork & Manual Therapy to engage with the layers of tissue, fascia, muscles and organs throughout the abdomen, pelvis, and surrounding systems.

How I Support Your Healing
I support your healing through nervous system informed somatic work and energy medicine. Every session is a co-created process: we explore where your body is holding tension or trauma, unwind patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect you to your body’s own innate wisdom and healing.
Drawing on over 2 decades of experience in energy work and grounded in both academic study and embodied spiritual practice, I help you access clarity, energetic alignment and self-empowerment.
