Somatics

Bringing you back home TO yourself

The human body is not an instrument to be used, but a realm of one’s being to be experienced, explored, enriched, and thereby, educated

- Thomas Hanna

Somatic Coaching

Somatic therapy helps you to start living in the present moment and stop reenacting the traumatic experiences that are keeping you stuck. It allows for you to reach your full potential and to navigate life from a place of authenticity and compassion instead of fear and trauma responses.

- Gabriela Ucros Amft

What to Expect

A somatic session focuses on listening to your body’s felt sense, working with sensation, movement, breath, and sometimes touch (if invited). We explore what your nervous system is signaling, what wants to move, release, or re-pattern. The work is guided by your lived experience and inner wisdom.

The Experience

You will be invited to slow down, notice, feel, and befriend sensations — even those that feel uncomfortable. Through guided movement, breath, or tracking, the body can shift, reorganize, and reclaim coherence. Over time, your nervous system learns new ways of being, more spaciousness, and greater stability.

Who It’s For

This is for the embodied explorer — one who wants to heal through felt experience, not through theory alone. If you’ve felt disconnected from your body, stuck in reactive patterns, or disconnected from inner wisdom, somatic work offers a direct path to re-grounding, resilience, and integration.
