Pelvic Anatomy & Womb Function for Women Workshop

AN EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOP ON PELVIC ANATOMY, WOMB POSITIONING, BREATH & SELFCARE

Duration: 90 mins
Investment: $44
Early Bird Pricing: $33 with coupon code WOMBCARE

This workshop is an invitation to know your body more deeply—not through fear, diagnosis, or fixing—but through understanding.

The pelvis is not just a structure; it is a living system that holds organs, nerves, breath, pressure, emotion, and history. When we don’t know our anatomy, we often mistrust our sensations. When we do know it, the body becomes a map instead of a mystery.

In this 90 minute educational pelvic and womb care workshop, we will explore the anatomy and function of the female pelvis and uterus in a way that is accessible, embodied, and grounded in nervous system safety.

We will discuss how breath, posture, pressure, and daily habits affect pelvic function, and how common experiences—such as incontinence, urgency, prolapse, pelvic heaviness, or a displaced or congested uterus—are not personal failures, but signals from an intelligent system asking for support.

This is not a treatment or therapy session. It is a space for learning, orientation, and reconnection—so you can better understand what your body is communicating and how to care for it with respect and clarity.

You will leave with a clearer relationship to your pelvic anatomy, practical self-care tools, and a renewed sense of trust in your body’s design.

In this workshop we’ll explore:

  • The anatomy of the female pelvis as a functional, dynamic system

  • The uterus: natural positions, mobility, and support

  • How breath, pressure, posture, and movement affect pelvic health

  • Common pelvic imbalances such as:

    • Incontinence and urgency

    • Pelvic heaviness or prolapse

    • Overflow or holding patterns

    • A displaced or congested uterus

  • Gentle, accessible self-care practices you can integrate at home

  • How to listen to pelvic sensations without fear or urgency
